Everything you need to know about Dhivegaa Energy, our zero-upfront model, energy-efficiency solutions, shared savings, monitoring, ownership transfer, and carbon-credit benefits.
Dhivegaa replaces your existing coal or gas boiler or water-heating system with a high-efficiency heat pump at zero upfront cost. We fund and install the system, share in the savings, and transfer full ownership after the agreed period.
Nothing. Dhivegaa bears 100% of the cost to design, procure, install, commission, and maintain the system. There is no loan, no bank guarantee required, and no capital expenditure from your side.
Dhivegaa and the client agree on a savings split before the project begins. The base case is 70% to Dhivegaa and 30% to the client. Your 30% reduces your net energy bill from Month 1. At the end of the contract, the asset and 100% of all future savings belong to you.
A heat pump moves thermal energy instead of generating it through combustion. For every 1 kW of electricity it consumes, it delivers between 3.3 and 5 kW of usable heat, with a COP of 3.3 to 5.0. This is three to five times more efficient than electric resistance heating and is typically 30% to 50% cheaper to operate than a coal or gas boiler.
No. Dhivegaa schedules installation during planned maintenance windows or low-production periods. A standard 1 TPH unit typically takes between three and seven days to install. The new system is commissioned and tested before the old system is decommissioned.
The average fuel-cost reduction is between 30% and 40%. The exact savings depend on your current fuel type, operating hours, system size, and electricity tariff. Our free baseline audit provides a verified projection specific to your facility before you commit to anything.
Full ownership of the heat-pump system transfers to your balance sheet at zero cost. From that date, 100% of all energy savings, carbon-credit revenues, and any residual asset value belong entirely to you. Dhivegaa’s DEROC monitoring can continue through an optional operations and maintenance subscription.
Savings are measured using IoT sensors through the DEROC platform installed on every system. The sensors track consumption before and after the intervention against a verified baseline. All data is independently auditable and compatible with BEE and CCTS requirements. Monthly savings reports are shared with clients.
When you replace a fossil-fuel boiler with a heat pump, you generate a verified reduction in greenhouse-gas emissions. Under India’s Carbon Credit Trading Scheme and international registries such as Verra and Gold Standard, these reductions have monetary value. Dhivegaa registers and monetises the credits and shares 70% of the net revenue with you.
No. Dhivegaa works with any organisation that pays a significant energy bill, including: MSMEs and manufacturers, hotels and hospitality businesses, hospitals and healthcare facilities, institutions and campuses, government buildings, and residential complexes.
None whatsoever. The free baseline energy audit is provided at Dhivegaa’s cost with zero commitment required from you. You receive the audit report and savings projection, and you decide whether to proceed.
Very little. You need to: Provide site access for the audit (1-2 days), review and sign the shared-savings agreement, provide access for installation (3-7 days), and receive the monthly savings reports. Dhivegaa handles everything else, including procurement, installation, monitoring, maintenance, and carbon registration.
